Release Date
Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire is set to hit theaters on March 22, 2024. Originally slated for release on December 20, 2023, the film was delayed due to various reasons, including the SAG-AFTRA strikes. However, the movie will premiere in New York City on March 14, 2024, ahead of its nationwide release.

The cast of Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire includes both new and returning faces.
Finn Wolfhard and
Mckenna Grace play Trevor and Phoebe Spengler, respectively, while Carrie Coon portrays Callie Spengler. Paul Rudd joins the cast as Gary Grooberson. The movie also sees the return of original Ghostbusters stars, such as Bill Murray as Dr. Peter Venkman, Dan Aykroyd as Dr. Raymond "Ray" Stantz, and Ernie Hudson as Dr. Winston Zeddemore. Celeste O’Connor, Annie Potts, William Atherton, Kumail Nanjiani, Patton Oswalt, James Acaster, and Emily Alyn Lind round out the ensemble.
